Strategic construction of a command for improvement of productivity
What should your command make to affect your business?
Clearness of action and the purpose. Desirable results as members of commands do
not understand each other cannot make the majority of commands. Thatyour actions
were clear and intelligible, the object in view is necessary to you precisely,
therefore you should start to think strategically and to plan the business -
even if in your organization already there is a plan. There is no more
effectively a way to construct a command, thanto begin strategic planning.
Commands which have problems, usually concentrate on attitudes between members
of commands, but the true reason of difficulties of a command not in
interpersonal attitudes. The majority of problems proceed because of an
ambiguity of the purposes, uncertainty of roles and rules which supervise over
behaviour of people in a command. Construction of a command in the form of test
trainings can be very useful, but it not the unique decision for improvement of
productivity of a command.
Whether your command divides the same purposes? Whether each person understands
the participation in achievement of the purposes of a command? Whether everyone
follows the established rules which define culture of the organization? Whence
you learn it?
When last time you checked, is how much exact your command follows rules,
carries out tasks in view and roles? If these three components are well
stipulated and divided by members of a command, attitudes start to be under
construction in itself. People start to concentrate on work which is necessary
for executing, instead of on the friend the friend. There are no any more
disputesin occasion of the one who is right and who is guilty, appears more
important question: ?« what of decisions the most correct? ?»
You should construct executing command which is capable to reflect strategically.
Create the plan which will focus actions of a command on achievement of
desirable results. The purpose of planning ??“ an establishment of operating
process of planning as a part of routine work of a command, to reach the
improved productivity.
Reconstruct the approach to planning, reflections and actions between you and
members of your command. Define result which you wish to make as a command.
Address to the skilled instructor who understands business and is able to
influence behaviour of people. Such person will help you to understand where you
now and will result your command there where you wish to appear.
