Too often the companies spend the difficultly earned incomes for construction of
a command, that not always conducts to improvement of productivity. But to
construct an effective command, leaders should follow "recipe" on construction
of a command. Important precisely to adhere to following instructions:
Step 1.
Prepare environment for changes of a principle of work of a command. It is
important, that there was a suitable environment, differently the command
willnot reach optimum productivity. Since this moment the group of people starts
to become a command. The command will carry out the certain tasks, and to
achieve results. Environment, or culture of a command, should realize importance
of the leader. The leader should set the fashion to cooperative culture.
Step 2.
Define mission of the organization and each member in a command. All know, that
people cannot work effectively if they do not know, in what direction move. The
better people understand the mission, the it is more than probability, that they
will be effective. Explain roles and duties of each member of a command. Each
member of a command should know, how its actions support mission of the company.
Each member of a command should have the purpose. They should have both
paramount, and secondary purposes. As soon as they it is reached these purposes,
mission will be executed. The personal purposes should proceed not from the boss,
and from the person. Members of a command and the boss should define together
the purposes that workers had a personal aspiration to achieve the purpose. That
is, the person should believe, that changes are important, first of all, for it.
Step 3.
Now you should develop precisely established process of work to which members of
a command will follow. In any successful command there are rules which need to
be followed. These rules should speak members of a command as they should
resolve conflicts and support each other. The effective course of work will help
to construct warm attitudes between members of a command.
Development of interaction, cooperation and the compromise will help to create
an effective command. It also will help to construct trust between members of a
command and leaders. Each member of a command should not operate separately.
Step 4.
Pay attention to how members of a command cooperate with each other. They should
respect and help each other that the command has succeeded in achievement of the
purposes. Members of a command and leaders should be able to solve in common the
questions, commands concerning behaviour. Only the combination of correct people
which perform correct work, will yield successful results of a command. Pay
attention to how members of a command cooperate with people outside of a command.
Often, members of a command keep away from people outside of a command,
therefore theirmission endangers influences of external factors. The command can
be never more important, than mission and the purposes of all company.
Step 5.
Encourage members of a command. Commands should receive compensations, and it is
not necessary to allocate one or two people in a command and to award them for
achievements of all command. If each member of a command has reached the
purposes, everyone should be ???°?????°?¶???µ???‹ suitably.
The combination of all these components creates a command with high efficiency.
