11 Principles of leadership
Principles of leadership define parameters of the code of behaviour of leaders.
They become a basis for transfer and the statement of decisions.
These 11 principles of leadership were developed long years, therefore they are
checked up by time:
1. Be the professional in all that you do. Followers expect, that leaders will
be experts in the set work. You can be a success for the appearance, wit and
charm, but sooner or later you should be shown concrete results.
2. Adhere to the values. Do not contradict the belief. If you speak, that
appreciate sincerity then you should operate fairly.
3. Know the people and care of their well-being. Do not devote itself in their
private life. But if the worker had a personal problem which influences
productivity you should arrange.
4. Give the information to workers. Lack of the information and bad information
interchange leads to infringement of dynamics of the organization. Each member
of a command should know, all about the project.
5. Set an example workers. If you trust, that workers should goes to come for
work tidy, you should show them an example.
6. Be convinced that the task was clear, it has been checked and executed. Ask
questions in process of distribution of work. Only so you will understand, that
each worker in a rate of a problem.
7. Train, as the whole command. Practise not separately, carry out command tasks
so you can develop the command.
8. Make precise duly decisions. A serious mistake of leaders that they cannot
make the concrete decision.
9. Develop feeling of the responsibility among the subordinates. The leader
should supervise, that workers remembered the duties.
10. Use workers according to their abilities. Do not overload the command, know
limits.
11. Bear the responsibility and obligations for the acts.
